It’s a seasonal life!

Sun rises life begins.

Snow flurries make a winters dream, glistening icicles and frozen lakes that welcome skates, bringing lovers to glide through first dates.

Rain drops pitter patter into spring, where the flowers bloom and the hummingbirds sing. Excited children running playfully, happily share a grin.

Summer rays bring butterfly days where the honey bees buzz amongst the dandelion fuzz. Family holidays, countless lazy days and bbq cocktails leaving mum all a haze.

Autumn comes but all too soon, crumbling leaves and derelict trees. The elder echoes slowly wheeze as they gently whisper “cherish life” before they reluctantly leave.

Sun sets life forgets….

You used my innocence

You used my innocence

Set me up for a fall, tell me i’m problematic.

You used my innocence, that’s all.

Dishevelled by your wise lies, don’t want to hear what’s inside.

Don’t tell me to talk, spout off then walk.

You used my innocence, that’s all.

The emptiness of insanity like an old forgotten attic.

Your humiliation taunting my mind.

You used my innocence, that’s all.

Your snakes eyes were my desires, a few caressing words and your admires.

You stole my heart, i gave you our dreams.

You used my innocence, that’s all.

I’m gone now, you lost me on the cunning path you paved.

Maybe I’m not the one who needs to change .

You used my innocence, that’s all.

Pave us a path of patience, don’t add webs for you or i to tread.

Whisper those kind words once again, make us laugh, make us smile.

But please don’t lead me on, dangle me on your thread.

I long for our love not to be dead.

Autumn Rainbow

As winter’s whisper softly creeps,

My Autumn rainbow gently speaks.

The russet browns, smoky quartz, magenta’s, golden’s

And amethysts talk.

I look for you in the rainbow,

In my sky you’ll always be.

I’ll never have to say goodbye,

You’re every floating feather I see.

My autumn breeze a natures kiss,

With me you’ll always be.

Like the pebble that meets the stream,

My scars glisten like the ripple of the water.

Sing to me in the autumn With the rustle of your leaves,

And I’ll look for you in the rainbow, in my sky you’ll always be.

Three Sisters

Three Sisters

we are three sisters

three sisters we are

I love you

and you love me

now we’re together rarely

life keeps us apart

it doesn’t mean to say

we’re not in each others hearts

we’ve shared our troubles

many ups and downs

but we’ve always got through

because we’re more than a double

we”ll never forget the good times we’ve shared

we might worry, argue and fret

and again these we’ll never forget

we’ve been blessed with something special you see

we are more than a double

we have the hearts of three

we are three sisters

three sisters we are

I love you

and you love me

To the beat of the musicians glory

To the beat of the musicians glory

As the musician starts to play

My heart dances to the beat

Inside my hearts theatrical performance

Brings me to my feet.

My heart performs onwards

The show must go on!

Acting, dancing and singing along

To the sound of the musicians song.

As the song goes on

My heart continues along

A very emotional and dramatic story

To the beat of the musicians glory.

Not a big budget performance

Not in the west end or on Broadway

But to the beat of the musicians glory

My hearts tells its very own story.

Have You Ever Seen A Fairy?

Have you ever seen a fairy?

I found this one for you.

She’s very tiny and loves to play pretend,

She’ll make your dreams come true.

She has no malice,

Lives in a golden palace,

Wears a lace dress of blue.

She grew in the enchanted Forest,

Where the magical trees live too.

Who knew a fairy could be a friend,

To the likes of me and you?

As she floats along

She happily sings her song,

until the sky is midnight blue.

She’s very tiny and loves to play pretend.

She’ll make your dreams come true.

Have you ever seen a fairy?

I found this one for you.

Grandad Was A Gardener

Grandad was a gardener,

In his wheelbarrow he’d have a kip.

With his spade, his fork and his old root boots

He was off with a toodle pip.

He was out all day,

Even helped the farmer bale the hay.

With his spade, his fork and his old root boots

He was off with a toodle pip.

His next visit was to Mrs Tisset,

He cleared the weeds and pruned the trees then,

With his spade, his fork and his old root boots

He was off with a toodle pip.

Next it was home without a moan or a groan,

He was in to tidy his own.

With his spade, his fork and his old root boots,

He was off for a kip with a tired toodle pip.
